For each accepted paper to be included in the Healthcom 2008
Proceedings, at least one of the authors must register for the
conference. The deadline for author registration is 11th April
2008 25th April 2008. If you register late, your paper may not appear in the
proceedings. Please clearly specify EDAS Paper number(s) at the time
of registration. This is compulsory and required for scheduling
the presentations. |

Each full member registration includes access to all sessions,
proceedings, attendant list, daily lunches, coffee/tea & the
conference dinner banquet.
Student Fee is only applicable to full time student registration for
a paper and excludes cost of the conference dinner banquet. |

Each meeting registration entitles a delegate to present up
to two accepted papers max. Each
additionally accepted paper associated with the same
registration will be subject to a mandatory publication fee of

Authors
need register and make payment by 11th

in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings
CD-ROM. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal
/ cancellation by authors. |

Registration
Withdrawal/Cancellation by non-authors are subject to the following
conditions:
- Withdrawal Cancellation Policy: No refund after 7th June.
- If on or before 7th June, a 50% refund will only be
made for cancellations made in writing and received by the
secretariat. |

confirmation is subject to payment being received by the Secretariat
Office. |

2) You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal to

3) Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a
confirmation email, followed by the registration confirmation
email from the conference secretariat within the next working
day
4) Please note that if you used another person’s credit card to
make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit
card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email.
5) The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be

1) Complete the online registration and select the payment mode
as “Cheque” or “Bankdraft”.
2) Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration
system, and mail it, together with the cheque/bankdraft to the
secretariat (address as indicated on the invoice)
3) Please issue the cheque/bankdraft to “Integrated Meetings
Specialist (Holdings) Pte Ltd”
4)Please remember to indicate your registration ID, name,
telephone or email and “IEEE HEALTHCOM 2008” at the back of the
cheque/bank draft
5) Upon receipt of your cheque/bankdraft, you will receive a
notification by email.
6) When your cheque/bankdraft is cleared by the bank, you will
receive the registration confirmation by email. |
